Is the Activation Key valid for re-installations of this software?  In other words, if I need to re-format a PC, will I be able to reload this software?

If ShyFile was ever installed and activated on your PC, regardless whether it is still installed on it or not, your status as a customer will be recognized upon installing ShyFile anew. However, if you install ShyFile anew after having deleted and re-loaded your whole operating system then you will need to inquire for a new Activation Key. However, in this case, we will recognize that the new Installation Code is taken from the same PC ShyFile was previously activated on, and therefore issue a new Activation Key out to you for free.
