I have paid for a license of ShyFile, what's next?

 I cannot locate the Installation Code that's required to activate my installation?

 Is the Activation Key valid for re-installations of this software?  In other words, if I need to re-format a PC, will I be able to reload this software?

 ShyFile asks to be activated even though I already did. How come?

 Why does my Activation Key not come with the purchase right away?
