Meditation – A beneficial of mental health

People have the Notion of meditation. They think that embrace a place or posture and you need to sit like a Yogi or in a location. Well will show you how easy it is to meditate anytime and anywhere. You can be at home or driving in your car at work. You wonder why you did not learn it and will get benefit. There are many systems not a lot of folks understand the goal of meditation although of meditation devised. They use their mind to calm but when they return to their regular their minds return to their confusion and state. There does absolutely understand no peace or enlightenment in the person.Mental Health

Meditation is not about blocking out the rest in your mind and concentrating on one thing. It is not only about obtaining some peace and quieting your mind. It is not about religion or spiritual beliefs. In my mind where there is peace the objective is to find the dimension. It is also learning how you harmonise your inner and outer worlds and operate on your head. It is a pathway to self-discovery. You may not Realise it but the classic dimension is at least as real as the time dimension we are living in where we have the past the present and the future. It is always in the present and eternal calm. The one thing that separates the classic and you is your perception.

Most people experience the timeless when they are away from any structures outside in the bush on a mountain top or in the countryside. There the dimension that is eternal is so overpowering that you may feel that the time stop. It is a spontaneous occurrence. The mind becomes alert and still without one thought to disturb it where the viewer in mind and what’s being observed becomes one happening. One becomes a part of the world. What one encounters is words and real. It is not imagination. It is only when the dumb ego utters some inane words like Oh what a gorgeous sight this is… etc. the magic spell is broken. Here you did not realise that you’d stepped to the dimension that is timeless but by uttering these words you were brought back to your time zone that is current. Please know the ego. It is afraid of disappearing in the mind and is a survivor. It employs by using words and phrases the thinking process to travel. You would discover that your thoughts do not have any substance if you did not verbalise.Mental Health

Thus thinking is an Acquired habit we use to fill our mind. 1 thought ends and another one starts. We are always doing something when we are not thinking. We might be listening to music playing sport watching TV or participate in escapist pursuits. One fears that if you stopped believing an individual might vanish from the mind.
